These websites give you different quiz types. The top link is a labeling quiz where you can see different views of the skull and add or take away color to help you label the bones of the cranium and face. The bottom link is a multiple choice approach to quizzing yourself on the skull and face.
McGraw-Hill has a haven of labeling activities involving ALL of the skeletal system. This would be GREAT practice when you think you are ready for a test.
